We are very proud of our Aquatic Therapy Program held at the newly renovated therapeutic pool in the Malden YMCA. The pool offers ramps, railings, and warm temperatures. Our licensed clinicians will personalize an aquatic program for your specific condition. You will be furnished with a written program with pictures for your individual exercise program.
A consultation at one of our clinics is required before you begin your aquatic therapy program. Swimming skills are not necessary to benefit. Arthritis, joint replacement, fibromyalgia, spinal fusion and herniated discs are just some of the conditions that are successfully treated through aquatic therapy.
