We are open Monday through Friday at all locations from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Physical Therapy department is open for appointments before and after working hours.

Call (781) 665-9500 for an appointment at any location. Please have your referral and insurance card information available. Patients may be seen within 24 hours and same day appointments are available for emergencies.

| I n s u r a n c e |
We accept all major insurances including HMO's, automobile accident and Workman's Compensation. It is the responsibility of each patient to obtain proper authorization through his/her PCP/Insurance company prior to the first appointment.

| T r a n s l a t i o n |
Staff persons are available to provide translation in Spanish and Italian with notification. Please inform us at the time of booking an appointment if you will need a translator.

| A c c e s s i b i l i t y |
The Malden and Everett clinics are both accessible to people with handicaps. The facilities are fully accessible including parking, ramps, bathrooms and treatment areas. Both locations are easily reached by MBTA.
